Mozzerella Sticks are so fattening and delicious-the perfect addition to watching Sunday football. Here is the easiest recipe, and one you probably have all of the ingredients for already!

2 eggs
 2 c milk
2 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs (or seasoned flour)
9ish part-skim mozzerella string cheese
Vegetable oil for frying (about 1/4 of pan should be filled or more)

How to:

Heat oil in pan to approx. 375. Chop the mozzerella sticks to desired length. Beat the eggs, whisk in the milk and set aside. Put breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Dip the mozzerella sticks into the egg wash, then the breadcrumbs. Place the sticks into the oil and let it cook for about 4 min. (You probably will need to turn them). Keep repeating until done.
